The chicken was looking soo good. And sometimes actually eating Ghee khichdi with papad and achaar is soo soulful. Some people might not like khichdi but it's kinda comforting. I saw your minivlog of Wayanad and I felt so happy when u said that u love Kerala 💚.

That gundruk is fermented rai sag ....The way you're wating all my side food im missing hometown and you're in my mama babri side ..That wachipa is prepared with chicken burned feather ....I don't know how to put up but just watch some videos how they cook wachipa ....Real wachipa is little bit bitter ...Thank you for covering all this

LUNCH: ,jolad roti that is jowar roti brinjal curry ,curd ,groundnut chutney, salad: [cucumber,onion,chillie, spring onion, ] . Huli baana {ie rice mixed wd curd, coriander and roughly made paste of garlic,salt }. bisibele bhat.
DINNER: ragi mudde tili saru,rice and tamarind pepper rasam , mango pickel papad etc
THESE IS WAT WE CALL COMFORT FOOD IN NORTH KARNATAKA ❤❤

Di, it's not good to drink milk by adding salt to it.
Who said that the speciality in some of the places like sikkim most people prefer salt tea rather dn sugar tea . And have you ever tried butter tea that is tibetan's speciality and bow a days you can even buy Melosa tea packet.

In authentic WACCHIPA it's mixed with burnt fur of chicken. Idk if you've tried that one
