Did the airbox only become a bottleneck because of the cams upgrade? Or is it always better to swap to open trumpets as long as you have an ECU that you can tune for them.
He never mentioned the box inhibiting before so I would say its only because of where the car is at now. With in reason more air is always going to be good, But on stock ECU it will run rich.
i suppose it would, but parts for it are rear. I would probably suggest something more common for your first car in case you have an accident there's plenty of parts for repair
