Quick, to the point, extremely high videography, and good commentary. Great video, thank you.

Great video! I changed my plugs in my ‘06 TJ this morning following your instructions without a hitch. First time they’ve been changed since I bought it new. It was idling rough. After 65,000 miles they all had worn to about .080 clearance, over double the .035 they should have been! Now it’s happy again…

good video! you can disconnect the injector bar if you want to get it out of the way or clean it or whatever. there's a snap-plug on the back of it. be careful not to break it though, especially if its cold.

Tips on the best way to clean debris out of the engine-side spark plug threads are all that's missing. The last two cylinders near the firewall on a 4.0 are real difficult to inspect and clear.

Thanks for watching! And nothing special. Every 4-5 rides I’ll pop the hood and spray it down with a light pressure wash with the battery covered. I’ll spray it with a degreaser or simple green and let that sit, then just spray it off and wipe clean with a microfiber.

Everydayoffroad. Did changing the plugs help with the rough idle?

I changed the plugs, cleaned the idle air valve, and cleaned the throttle body and saw an improvement in the idle significantly. Not sure which one of those made the most difference, but I would suggest doing All 3 if you are experiencing rough idle.

Pro mechanic here. Aviation and automotive including ASE certified electrical and brakes.
NEVER install plugs without gapping them. EVER.
Plugs are factory gapped for the most common gap of that plug. That may or may not be what you need.
Other than that good job. Especially the torque wrench!!!
