      The video speed was increased to shorten the time frame. Look at other vehicles around the plane, they are moving very fast, faster than normal. Watch the radar on top of the control tower, it is spinning so fast, you expect the control tower to lift off. Then it goes back to normal speed, as does everything else.

      Ok, Obama may have been better looking but he was totally worthless as a president. He kept kicking the can down the road as far as North Korea and so many other things. He increased dependency on the government by so many people.
      President Trump is keeping his promises and he was elected just for that. Our economy is booming because of his vision. The best welfare program for the people of the US is a good job and that is what is happening.

    I'm curious, what plane does the president of Switzerland fly?

    • @davidck1
      @davidck1  6 років тому +3

      In Switzerland political donations do not have to be disclosed reason why it is often criticized by international anti corruption organizations. Needless to say the Swiss leaders fly in private corporate jets... www.swissinfo.ch/eng/opaque-ties_europe-nudges-swiss-to-disclose-political-money-/42399032
      Furthermore Switzerland does not have a capital or a "president" like the USA it has a seat of government in Bern and 7 "presidents" one of which is the representative "president". Therefore they have a lot of smaller private jets so they can slip in and out undetected when visiting their more controversial partner countries like North Korea... www.vtg.admin.ch/en/einsatzmittel/luft/citation-excel.html

      @LeonardoFSI 6 років тому +1

      Not exactly Ed, The Swiss Air Force operates 2 planes for VIP transport those are a Dassault falcon 900ex, plus a Cessna 560XL Citation Excel which is about to be replaced with a Pilatus PC-24. Your second link even states so. Have a nice day/night.

    • @davidhoffman1278
      @davidhoffman1278 6 років тому +15

      Martin R. ,
      It depends on the airport. For example where I work all the helicopters with wheeled landing gear use a standard approach, landing, and ground taxi, same as an airliner. Helicopters with skid landing gear may follow the same approach, hover taxi along the runway to a regular taxiway turnoff, and then can hover taxi to a parking spot. Alternatively the skid helicopters are sometimes allowed to use a nonstandard approach, 90 degrees to the runway and land directly on the only designated helipad that is located ahead of the runway.

    The people who take care of AF-1 call the plane Angel. Also there is an AF-2 (an exact duplicate) that flies with AF1. That way no one know which plane has the President. It was near the other building to the left. Search YT and you can find a documentary on it.

    • @Braun30
      @Braun30 3 роки тому

      AF 1 is the call name for Air Force planes that at the moment are bearing the President of the USA, all other planes go by their standard registration.
      If the 747 normally known as AF 1 is in flight without the the President on board the call name would be SAM 28000 or SAM 29000.
      When other figures of the administration fly on the plane the definition changes to other terms indicating the level of seniority of the person carried.

Sometimes though, some Central American traffic controllers will speak Spanish to Spanish speaking local pilots.....which they shouldn't. It decreases non-Spanish speakers awareness on what other planes are doing. Never get that in Hong Kong.

    There are actually two 747s that are used by the United States to transport the President. One plane has the number 29000 (this video) on its tail, the other has the number 26000. "Air Force One" is the call sign of the plane that is carrying the President. "Marine One" is the call sign of the helicopter that is carrying the President. When the President is flying on Marine One there are two other identical helicopters that fly along side, and switch positions, to confuse possible attempts at targeting the President's helicopter in transit.

      If you ever get a chance to go see a 747 takeoff, they look like their doing 35 mph when they take off. They are just so massive. It almost looks impossible that they could be lifting off the ground at the moment the front wheel comes off of the ground... If you get a chance to look at the story of the 747 it was as in-depth as the planning of the first atomic bomb and all the training it took to get that just right...

He's not a deity, or anything out of the ordinary. Just a guy. Whether you agree with him or not is beside the point... if the Republicans lose all the gains they've made, it will be because of the behaviour like this we are seeing.

      Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1 "Nighthawks"), either the large Sikorsky VH-3D Sea King or the newer, smaller VH-60N "White Hawk". Both Helicopters are called "White Tops" because of the paint job they carry. Any Marine Corps aircraft carrying the Vice President has the call sign Marine Two.
