Ingredients:
300ml water
250ml almond milk (or your choice of vegan milk)
10g(4 tbsp) Hojicha leaves
2 - 4 tbsp sweetener (I used maple syrup)
Instructions:
1. bring water to a boil. add Hojicha and steep for 2 minutes.
2. pour almond milk in to the pan, heat until it's almost boiling then steep for another 2 minutes.
3. remove the tea leaves and add sweetener.
4. Enjoy!

「作り方」
１、水を沸騰させ、ほうじ茶を入れて２分間蒸らします。
２、アーモンドミルクを加え、沸騰直前まで温めて火を止め、さらに２分間蒸らします。
３、茶葉を取り除き、お好みで甘味料を加えます。
４、エンジョーイ！

Christopher Rayburn hojicha is made with mainly green tea stalks so naturally contains hardly any caffeine - I believe it’s considered caffeine free. Hojicha has a bit of a roasted flavour, it’s subtle but quite delicious. Hope you get to try it 😊😊😊

What exactly IS "Hojicha"? Is it a tea? A green tea?
Hojicha is a type of green tea where the leaves are "toasted" in ceramic pots to give the tea a distinct, nutty toasty flavor. "Cha" means tea in Japanese. Soooo yummy as a latte. Its super popular in Japan right now. Although, it looks like he is using Bocha tea in this video, which is tea leaf stems (as opposed to leaves) that are processed like hojicha.

nice! I just watched both versions. I am wondering for the music version if you could try turning the actual sound (not music) much lower or make it mute? so that it is not competing with the music. I think that would be a good option :)
I like the natural sounds with the music. It wouldn't be as good without the natural sounds.
@@LittleLulubee good for you, i like it too. There are two versions, the one with music and one without. I would like the one with music to have more music than the actual sound
