I met my biological father when I was 18. He was such a good hearted man, but was living on the streets of Chicago. He always told me to bring him food and admitted any cash I gave him he would buy drinks with. My heart goes out to the homeless and to people struggling with alcohol addiction. No one is perfect and we all have our problems, but no one should face a night cold and without a full belly on the streets at night. Great video.
the last few years my father was able to turn his life around and found housing and he sobered up a bit. However he passed away last year. I know he is in a better place now. This video made me emotional, but happy people are considering others, especially the homeless
Jesus is the truth I live in Chicago as well. He should try and find a shelter to stay at every once in a while, with winter coming it can be terrifying seeing people homeless and freezing. it's heartbreaking truly is

Mad respect to you to this honestly humbled me and made me think of all the blessings I have in my life.

true. but i mean, i guess if you are homeless and you smell bad, look rough and all that, you could just wait outside and ask people going in to get it for you. someone nice would help out. same for buying food with the pocket change. there are water fountains in places too, if you don't know where they are you can ask other homeless and that. i think it's always a good idea to know and be prepared for if you ever find yourself in that situation. it can happen to anybody.
I've only been watching your 24 hr challenges, and this is the best one, don't think you could top it. Homeless people have it so hard and alot of people just walk past without doing anything, there's so many reasons why someone would be homeless, not just drink/drugs. These people r so kind for the vid my family was living on the streets for 3 months and we only had some grain bars to eat and cardboard to sleep on, thank u guys so much,and thx everyone else for the donation money now my family lives in a small home that's still a bit cold but anyway thank u 😢once we raised some money my family joined the homeless charity and donated.ps everyone deserves a home
