31:35 It's easy to miss in episode 3(It's a quick throwaway line by Joel), but the 80's music thing was a code with Bill & Frank. If a countdown wasn't reset after a certain amount of time, 80's music would play over the radio to indicate something was wrong. The countdown wasn't reset because Bill & Frank died.

This is such a gut wrenching episode, brutal. But very well done.
Also fun fact: the majn henchman (Perry) is actually the same voice actor who played Tommy in the games 😊
