- In today's episode I'm back at Collector Con Penrith, scouring hundreds of tables of vintage and modern toys and other collectables. As always, I’m bringing you with me, giving you a look at the show floor and sharing my pick-ups, from toy lines including TMNT, Mighty Max, Hasbro WWF, Madballs, Ring Raiders, Terminator 2 and more!
What you see here is just a small sample of what's on deck at Collector Con, and the items that I was most into.

All of those vintage TMNT figures brought a smile to my face. It brought back memories of going to the toy store and seeing shelves full of TMNT figures. I wish there were cons like that over here. We don't even have a flea market anymore. Awesome stuff, my friend!

Another awesome video Scott. That toy show sure brought out some dope TMNT items. The yoyo on card is so nice. Hope you finish your Mighty Max collection. You're almost there. Toxic Crusaders are definitely on my radar and will be looking out for them on hunts. I agree with you and it does suck having to buy a cool new addition to the toy collection only to have it go into storage. I'm at that point in my room where I have to make decisions on what stays or goes in the garage. I might start rotating displays every few months to give pieces time to shine on my shelfs. Meeting and talking to other collectors and viewers is definitely the best part of having a channel
Thanks Socal! Oh for sure, I'm not sure I've seen that much quality vintage TMNT in one place here in Australia before. I'm definitely getting there with Mighty Max, the Doom Zones anyway, but who knows, once I finish them I'll probably set off after all the other sets. I definitely recommend Toxic Crusaders, at only 9 figures it's not too daunting a task. Rotating displays and giving new items a spot to shine is definitely a good approach. I agree whole-heartedly with you there brother, it's definitely changed my con experience.

ok, so, now i’m awake, i’ll comment again and help you and the algorithm. Owen had the best table. Other tables had some items that were wicked, but, all in all, Here4Toys smashed it out of the park.

Hi Scott - interesting video. I collected the majority of TMNT figures back in the day - very encouraging to see some of those loose prices as mine are still carded. A nice retirement fund if I could be bothered to do something with them!
BTW - Excel spreadsheets are a collectors best friend (no more missed accessory opportunities).

Yep, I'm not sure where in the world you are, but we seem to pay more in Australia for these items (not to mention the brutal exchange rate!) but if you bought carded vintage TMNT a few years ago, I'd say you've done pretty well.... and yes, I definitely vouch for keeping tabs of my collection in excel, I just needed to make sure that was handy on my phone. Oh well, we live and learn!😅

Dang... Those Giant Mutatin' Turtles caught my eyes..... Also lots of rare TMNT figures (my wallet is crying now, lol) radical Hacksaw figure with his accessory... Not easy to find WWF figures with complete accessories, I often seen Jake the Snake Robert figures without his snake.....
Same Charlie! The regular Mutating turtles have never really appealed to me to much, but the Giants are really cool! Haha my wallet was crying by the end of the day too. Thanks as always for the support mate👊

What's up, Scott. I'm a new subscriber to your channel and only found out about Collector-Con from your past vids...and I live in Western Sydney. I feel like I've missed out on some great items. I'm a pretty varied 80's 90's collector of what looks like a lot of what the cons have. I just messaged the seller to check if they still have that TMNT skate deck. As a still skater and TMNT fan, I need that one! I also had that cup back in the day as seen at 24:53, do you know if that sold? I also need to get some of the weapons from the Giant TMNT line if you can point me in the right direction? I'm definitely going to try make it to the next con!
Oh dude, if you're in Western Sydney you gotta check it out!.. and you're in luck because the next Collector Con is at Minto on October 29th and then back at Penrith on November 26th. As for the cup, sadly it did sell to a mate of mine, but that's exactly the sort of stuff you'll see at Collector Con.
I don’t know what shipping is like to Aus but here in the uk there’s quite a few of the nautilus slug might max sets on eBay
I tend to focus my eBay searches on Australian listings, but I'll have to keep an eye on UK listings too, that's good to know.

No Ringer Raiders cassette set, that's something I'll have to look out for!👀
