- In today's episode I'm back at Collector Con Penrith, scouring hundreds of tables of vintage and modern toys, retro video games and other collectibles. As always, I’m bringing you with me, giving you a squizz around the show floor and sharing my pick-ups. We're looking at awesome vintage goodness from lines like TMNT, WWF Hasbros, Tonka Super Naturals, Mighty Max, Ring Raiders and more!
What you see here is just a small sample of what's on deck at Collector Con, and the items that I was most into.

Wonderful footage and the soundtrack choices were great as always.
Razor Ramon and Hothead are terrific pickups. Walking away with those two is a massive win for the collection.
I did spot a figure of Stallone from the Over The Top film- I never realised those toys even existed.🤔
Also, the basketball team that plays in that gym have been very successful judging by the amount of banners they have hanging up. 😄
Much appreciated dude, I'm glad you enjoyed! Oh yeah, the Over The Top figure line is super rare but very cool. I definitely rank that film higher than most in my Stallone favourites, so I'd love to one day add those figures to my collection!🤞🤞

as always some bangers at collector con and that MM Freako man I would have gone for that, its quite a rare one and getting harder and harder to find, I can't wait to go toy hunting again with you and the crew soon at the next collector con I miss it, that's for sure.

Great collectacon as always, definitely quality over quantity and that hot head looked super clean, I don’t think we stopped and really soaked those tmnt shogun turtles enough. May need to see them again one day. Great day hanging out mate. 🤙

Arg the shelf space issue...I know it all too well :) I had to rearrange a shelf today to fit in a couple of Monster High goodies I recently picked up...thankfully I was able to put some of my old retail skills to use once again and made it happen!
Thanks for sharing your experience. Always love to see what I didn't get to see at the event through your eyes. How awesome is the dragon and lion - knowing who the stallholders are, I am guessing they was theirs from when they were little peeps.
Ah yes, the constant shuffle to make space for new arrivals, it's like playing Tetris😆 No worries, I love making these videos, I'm glad you enjoyed and thanks again for sharing on the CC Community FB! I can't wait for Newcastle😁

So much great vintage at this show! Love the Shogun Turtles. Definitely want to complete that run some day. You're right, quality over quantity is the way to go. I always try not to start new toys lines also. Sometimes they just find me though lol There was a Spiderman Crime Lab van that got my attention. Great pick ups on the Razor and Hot Head! Keep up the great videos!

Nice vid ... I agree about the quality over quantity thing. As a very patient collector who is after very specific things, the toy fairs have become more of a social event than a buy-fest. It's great to see lots of cool stuff and hang out with mates.
Cheers mate! I love filling up a backpack with toy fair bargains as much as the next collector, but as you get deeper into collecting it becomes harder! The social side is always a blast though!😊
Really wanna get to Collector Con one day. Spidey's Crime Lab Van was a pretty nice piece. Don't pick up knock-offs but I would've made an exception for that dodgy Super Powers Robin haha
It's well worth it if you're within driving range! Yeah, that Spidey Crime Lab was a super cool piece, as were the Super Powers bootlegs. I went back for another look 30 mins later and they were gone haha
Man, I'm drooling over those Kenner Batman Figures.... Some Super Powers and of course TMNT figures as well.... What a 'Hot Head' ya got! (Lol) 👍🔥🔥🔥

Carded super powers now any price .. no word of lie wen I younger I walked in courty toy store on holidays they had the set my dad brought them all for me I was over the moon if only of had kept

G'day Scott. Nice pick ups. I do like your concept of Quality over Quantity...... But... I do find myself personally struggling with your concept. Often I buy Quantity over Quality and then I'm having to up grade the figures later on 😏. Thanks for sharing 😁. Cheers.
Thanks heaps mate! Haha I love picking up quantity at toy fairs as well, and coming home with a whole stack of goodies, particularly bargain bin finds, but it wasn't happening for me on this occasion... my limited shelf space is happy though!😅
