I am going to buy that Super Tips box as soon as I use up some of my other pens/watercolors/acrylics/etc. But I totally agree with you on using them like this! They are so bright and beautiful...just perfect, quick and easy to use! I am mad about most Crayola products! I love how you used your childrens artwork...it is so inspiring to me to use my grandkids also! They are so good, aren't they? They make things you would never think of, and you just LOVE it! They are so free to just do whatever, and it comes out amazingly well. I need that freedom! Your first fauxbonichi is gorgeous!!!!! Can't wait to see more!!!!!
Oh my gosh! This video was AMAZING! I loved seeing inside your life and being included in it is such an honor! I love you and your family so much. This was honestly the best! Can't wait to see inside of Aprils journal. And it doesn't matter if you missed a few weeks. Document what you remember and then pick it back up for the rest of the month. Some journaling is better than no journaling. Love you!!

Love it! I just started a hobonichi mainly to document everything Leo is doing everyday! Everyday he learns a new word or two and it’s so fun to write it down! I am wishing I had gotten a bigger size but I know I just wouldn’t be able to keep up with making a new journal every month and Prepping all the pages. I also like having a place to put fun printables because my art journal is really for my more intense art sessions which I basically consider therapy in a lot of ways. I love your flip throughs!! 🥰

How many pages do you glue together? And do you glue them before you start the journaling or as you go? Your video was very informative, I have all the supplies I just didn't know how to start thank you so much for explaining how to journal. My therapist keeps telling me I need to start a journal
I’m not sure I remember exactly what I did, Ann, but I do know I just glued two pages together and seemed to be enough to keep ink from seeping through. I really love my current method, but if you like this idea, go for it! You can definitely just glue a few pages together to start and then do it as you go after that! If you search for composition notebook journal here on UA-cam you will find so many examples. And I like jilly bean studio! She does so many of them!
