I hate drilling and hammering sounds unless im the one doing it both those things give me an instant headache and my eyes blink aling to the hammering
I always wonder how multi-lingual decide what language to journal in. I would think people would go with their 1st language but I suppose the most used might be picked? I can read a little French and am a beginner in Croatia but can't see myself journaling in either? It would be cool though. But hard!
Great question, I would love to hear from more people on this! For me, I stared journaling in English almost 10 years ago as means of practicing the language. But it quickly became THE language for me to express my emotions and thoughts. It feels so comfortable to me now and even on my therapy sessions (which were in Polish) I would often switch to English because I was so used to thinking about my emotions in this language lol.
Me not either, but I love to write down quotes in languages I understand (more or less) and then I decorate them, that's not so hard to me.
