    first cousins both studied in Leh,Dalhousie & Delhi. While Kunzes pursued Psychology,followed by Advertising & PR. Stanzin studied English Hons,Interior Design & Scenography. They both wanted to stay close to their roots and wanted the independence that came with travelling the rest of the year. Thus the idea for Bon Appetit was born in 2006, first of its kind in terms of the minimalistic architecture ,menu and location. Bon Appetit is filled with ladakhi warmth and understated charm.They envisage Bon Appetit as a space that celebrates their cultural heritage in a contemporary setting. Their hope is to constantly grow and become more sustainable & environmentally conscious enterprise in the future.
