You need some experience and proper tools to do this job. It’s not easy if you don’t do microsoldeing.

@applepietech I have otr1000 gps with the same issue. The mictochip seems to be starting dying. How much you charged for the repair services. Also, I have a blueparrot headset 650 with time to time, not working microphones. I believe it's a wiring issue. I would like to get an estimate for repair. I can send gadgets you with no problem.
