I suffer from this myself personally I get injections in my eyes every 3 months but now I have a wrinkle in my retina and they have to go in and peel it.
The most intelligent English (or any written & spoken language) is that which is able to be understood clearly by the largest amount of English Speakers … unfortunately, this is not that. If one were blind this would lose me … I was a GP for 30 years.
