Everything you said was correct, but for novice welders, *If it was me who explains it to them,** I would have done more emphasis about the melted material being what contracts even if the heat it's the cause. 7:20 But that drawing was a creative way to explain it.
The heat itself can warp it, but more than the cold base material being expanded by the heat and then contracting, it's the base material that melts and the filler material that you apply melted what shrinks the most when solidifies. Therefore, the amount of filler material that you apply melted on each single layer (applying a lot of filler on one pass and making a gross layer) it's what would have the most warping effect. Again, more than the solid material being heated and cooled, it's about the melted material solidifying.

역변형을 줄 공간이 안나오는데 휘었다고 반출나올때 머리아픕니다
비슷하게 변형 잡을 공간이 없는 제품도 힘드네요
억지로 잡다가 찌그러질수도 있으니

무엇을 용접해도 열변형이 심해서 뜯어내고 붙이고 무한반복 ... 해결법 까지 알려주셨으면 합니다
미리 변형할거 생각하고 틀짜고 마춰서 하던지 용접시 자로 변형폭 재면서 잡아주고 본용접 들어가던지.... 대량으로 할지 소량 일지마다 다르겠지죠. 솔직히 용접할때마다 요건이 같지 않기에 변형폭은 달리질수있습니다. 틀 짜는것도 취향에 갈려서.. 작업자 기량이 들어갈수밖에 없다고 봅니다.
가장원초적인방법은 직각을맞춰 양쪽을 테크놓고 용접을하는방법이제일좋음 변형이일어날걸생각해서 반대쪽테크로 변형 억제시키는방법
직각에서 열변형으로120도로누울거생각해서 애시당초 재료를 60도로놓고 용접하는게안됨 각재료별 영향별로 변형이달리이루어지니

기초도 모르면서 용접하려고 하면 피곧햐요

What kind of pad are you using in 4:40 minute? How is possible that the pad doesn’t melt into the weld?
You can use an aluminum or copper backing to weld steel and they will not mix/adhere under normal conditions.
