I had this and the Windows stopped working from the driver door after battery replacement… easy fix for the windows too just UA-cam it. Something like going to each individual door and holding the window switch for 10 seconds in the up position and then q 10 seconds in the down position resets them and just started working again.

Regardless, you forgot to mention some very important things:
1) The "RCD Unavailable" can occur after a tire or battery change, or a battery jump, never mind a collision, dirt on the rear bumper lens, etc.
2) Not all Camry's can be fixed using this method. Some need other menus to be accessed.
3) The "fix" must be done on LEVEL ground with NO obstructions around the rear camera for at least 5 feet in all directions.
