I just did this same procedure on an 04 es 330. Lexus/toyota does not make this easy but knowing what parts to remove to give yourself more access and room to work with helps tremendously. Wish I had seen this video before I did the job as I only figured that out through trial and error. And the only way to get the new return hose in is to do it in pieces by separating the rubber hoses from the metal ones as shown.

I have the same problem with my 2003 lexus is, EFI relay is clicking and stops clicking when i insert my key. All fuses are good (checked them all), relay is also good. Whats the problem?
