Thanks…really appreciate that. I enjoy making videos and if someone else gets some value from it then that’s a plus. Thanks for the comment and hope you are well.
A couple of the companies have used my videos and tagged us in their content which really helped. One of my video got over 100K views which helped I guess. Plus I have been trying to learn more about UA-cam and the content as well as tags and video titles and stuff like that. Plus sprinkle in some dumb luck.
The other thing I forgot was that UA-cam Shorts are playing a big part of channel growth. Some people hate them and they have been sure to let me know but I have a lot of shorts that get over 1K views.
I'll take my claw turner over a chain turner any day. All chain turners I've seen seem to tear up the wood. Mark Galicic (you gotta watch his channel) has a circular mill with a chain turner named "Chewey". Second place in the name the turner contest was "Chew Barka". BOTH names are appropriate.
I will have to check out his channel. I do agree with you that the chain turner does tear up the wood. It's nice when there is still bark because I can do small adjustments both ways to the log to get is square but when I get down to the final product I need to be really careful.
Good video thanks for taking us along. My turner is a peavey. When I had a hydraulic sawmill I used the two plane clamp a lot to turn logs to keep from marring the sawed sides. Brent
Thanks...we have had a couple videos do really good for a small channel and we were highlighted by a couple companies for using their products. I have been trying to learn more about UA-cam and their "algorthims" especially with the UA-cam shorts...and I have learned that not everyone loves "shorts". I will watch the CNC video as that is high up on my next tool list!!! Thanks!!!!!!!
Congratulations on the 1000, you do a great job, keep it up enjoy the videos.

I never thought about that...I will be trying that in the future for sure...Thanks for the tip!!!

I do struggle with the turner at times especially when I get the bark off the tree. You for sure have to be more careful. Thanks for the comment...
Congratulations 🍾🎈🎉
