Ok, I just uploaded the modified files related to this. They were made using the lastest english patched version of the game. Please, read the README file before trying overwrite anything in your game version.
If there's any bug related to this modification, I'll try to see what can I do.
* Update 04/13/2013: Messed up the dialog references for the attacks. Fixed.
* Update 08/13/2013: Added some missing blank spaces into the code.

* If you're interested into how this works here's an unpacker.
- First two options are compresed pack Files or Folders
- Second two options are simple pack Files and Folders.
- Third option, don't touch.
- Last option is unpack
The code is mostly XML which is interpreted by the EXE file.

Hmm.. I kinda found two missing blank spaces between attributes in the code for Kyoukshi Nanaya. Maybe that's the problem, but it's weird that it still works for others. I'll try to upload a fixed version later.
That would be pretty strange, seeign as "Lines of Death" has 65 crit and there's a bunch of attacks that get up to 60 crit, "Dual Mystic Eyes Slash" being one. This doesn't seem to happen everywhere but weirder things have happened.
Does Dual Mystic Eyes Slash also crashes on you? Both Shikis do get +20% crit from their mystic eyes and the True Assassin card also adds +20% crit.
Packed and added a data1 file with the changes that Austin Chen mentioned, try to replace it. I really don't get this error so I can't test if it works. Just did set both of the attacks base critical rate under 60%.

I tried to verify if something was wrong with the files themselves but they looked and worked just fine.
I'll ask you to be more specific with your issue, like, was the enemy defending or evading? were you using the perfect version + Aroduc's patch? used a savedata with stage 53 already started? or something else.

Hey it worked, damn, i changed the compatibility and then downloaded the data1 fix and it worked
all I did was follow wingedserge's properties change and it just worked

Jeez, was/is there a scene for Battle Moon Wars mods? This looks absolutely sick.
There was not much of a modding scene for it. But few people have managed to modify enemy units into playable ones. I'm not sure if they published their works, though. I'm only aware of these because I've received a pair of questions about modding the game through the years.
Why does his second attack do so much NOT damage? I mean he's more deadly than Ryougi Shiki at that point
The game runs trial damage at minimum stats, no growth, skills, or spirits.

Right after Kyoukshi Nanaya ends it exits for me...

Well, I didn't 'unlock' the character before using the move, I just went to the character dictionary to check it out...
Ok, at last, I was able to replicate the Issue. I still don't know the reason of the bug, but there's a work around which is the reason I didn't detected it in Win 7.
Right Click on bmw.exe--> Properties --> Compatibility --> Set Compatibility Mode checkmark --> Choose any of the win xp ones --> Click apply and Ok.
Hope it works.
it didn't work, it crashes exactly in the minute 0:57 when it's going to show that image os satsujinki cutting the enemy. then again maybe it's my game
I found the bug in the code that kept screwing me over when I used Kyoukshi Nanaya.

Ahh 1 year after my last comment in this video comment, and just information in new MB game there's story about Shiki have to fought 3 servants and won when his Nanaya mode not even fully awaken so how powerfull he gonna be in his fully Nanaya mode and as Satsujinki who i assume is Shiki who fully accepted and controling his Nanaya personality
Can someone post that Track, we should not be missing a Track from Battle Moon War from one of the most obscured Versions of Shiki. Shit even Magical Girl Amber gets a Cameo in Carnival Phantasm.
Hi there. The track is "Wonderful Boy" from Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code, you should be able to find it already in UA-cam . Back then, I just directly used that because I'm no composer.

If I recall correctly, Satsujinki is the nickname that Tohno Shiki receives in a possible future where he becomes Arcueid's guardian. This was supposed to be based on that piece of lore.

Same as the other, using kyokoshi nanaya crashes the game, in character dictionary and story mode
Once in a while it works, but after one usage it goes bad.

Oh, it's been a long time since this, but if I recall correctly, the theme used is "Wonderful Boy". Specifically, the version from Melty Blood AACC. You can find a remaster of it at the composer's channel, Raito's channel

Oh, hi there. Didn't expected a question after this many years. If I recall correctly, Satsujinki is the nickname that Tohno gets in a possible future in Tsukihime. Basically he becomes Arcueid's guardian. There's a pair of small official histories about this future.
And this is strongest version of Tohno Shiki who mastered all Nanaya assasionation arts(when back in the day he only learn the basic)with his MEODP become too strong so he have to bandage his eye because the mystic eye killer can't holding it the power of eye anymore

Hi there. For this specific mod, the way the eyes look it's just a personal interpretation based on the information that was available back then, how they look in Melty Blood, Kara no Kyoukai movies and also their description in Tsukihime(silver blue I think?). Lore wise even if Tohno's eyes have more drawbacks, it seems they're still ranked rainbow from what I've read.
