Not sure what you are asking. Would you care to clarify. If you are asking if Amazon Kids is free, then it comes free for a certain period of time on some of the Kids products like the Echo for kids and the kids tablets. If you are referring to some of the apps, then some of them do have in app purchases. My tablet came with 1 year free Amazon kids plus. After the year I woul have to pay to have access to it, but I could still use the tablet for other things.
