    I really appreciate how you broke down the science behind each herb and how it improves circulation. Rosemary and cinnamon are staples in my kitchen, but I never knew they could help with circulation too! The analogy of cinnamon being the 'friendly plumber' for our blood vessels was spot on. I’m especially excited to try ginkgo biloba after learning about its brain-boosting benefits alongside improved circulation. This video has inspired me to look at my spice rack in a whole new way.
