I use pretty much one tool - CoachVantage. A great tool the combines Note taking, Customer Management, Invoicing, Integrates ZOOM, Paypal or Stripe and syncs with my calendar. Customers can set their own appointment online and I get the booking and reminder email etc. You can create programs in it and embedd the code on your website so when people click the pay link the money goes automatically in, the get a client portal with the docs (I do health & wellness programs). There is so much in that software I love. It's a no brainer for me.
What abouter CRMs? I'm trying to pick one but can't decide which is best for health coaches. Anyone using Satori? CoachAccountable? Dubsado? Others? What do you like / dislike about them???
@@BeProductiveCoaching I have been using Delenta for a while , and i must admit Delenta CRM is the favourite feature its purely designed for coaches.. very comprehensive and simple to use. Worth taking a look its got all that we need as coaches in one place.
Good :) BUT what about signing contracts, and sending automated answers... questionnaires? Are you saying to just store them in google docs? That seems confusion. I'm coach, tech shy, but need client management software I (I have past clients to keep in touch with and new). That lets me create my own documents and automate them???? help...? I am too old school. I am good at zoom though.
Great question, Kyra! For online contracts, we recommend platforms like DocuSign. For automated questionnaires and client management, it depends on your needs and which platform would fit best for those. @@RisewithKumar If you're looking for a platform with which you can approach and enroll clients, you might want to consider using social channels (youtube, instagram, facebook...) to build an audience of potential clients. If you're looking for an existing website where you can "add your profile" as a coach for potential clients to find you, there are some coaching certification programs that offer that, for example if you get certified by Evercoach or by ICF. We hope that answers your question.

I love Evernote and it`s voice note option so when I am on the go, I can just record my thoughts and won`t loose any of those groundbreaking ideas :O)
