It was a good work out for the Boks They never looked like they lost control although they had to work for it and made some errors along the way Good win If not for the Argentina game they could have been aiming for that unbeaten record by now
Yes I would agree with that. The English gave our boys a good workout. Except for those first five minutes (and you can't really go off that) I never felt like we were in danger.
England lacks and so many countries do our struggle, the south africans are a 3rd world country yet 1st world countries cant compete .no rich person knows a struggle and africa are suffering thats qhy we beat rich countries our people have to fight for a basic bread thats why our players are my heroes
I agree with you, Werner. We make it personal but at the same time our players have got something they are playing for and it's very difficult to beat a team like that. They know they are the only thing in our country that works and if they keep winning it will bring joy to our people. That's very powerful.
Boks - Lineout in crises, The "depth" experiment is not perfect, England's pressure in the 1st 10 min made them look very amateur. My Hero - Am not getting enough game time. Ox injury - trust it will not harm his chances of being a very well deserved World player of the year nomination. (if you are not a prop please do not reply)
Good points, Johan. I know they are trying to innovate all the time so I'm not overly critical and besides despite the flaws, we've won 14 of our last 16 Tests and the two defeats were by one point and because of last-minute kicks. Ox I can tell you just has a cut above his knee so if he misses anything it'll just be the Wales Test Like you, I love Am! I think his injury allowed Kriel to come in and Jesse suddenly turned into Superman and that's kept Lukhanyo out of the side. But I've no doubt Am will be back. As for Ox and player of the year, you don't need to convince me! What a player!
If we played our best side all the time this season the team would be more clinical and consistent as they grew and got to know each other. Most nations do this because they lack our depth and talent . Rassie decided to rather develop further depth at the risk of not firing how we could or should have . When this Bok side plays at its best and fires on all cylinders, ,they will be invincible and this is what Rassie is cleverly chipping away at before the next world cup. Very interesting to see what players and combinations he experiments with against Wales.
You have hit the nail on the head. All these little areas of improvement like our discipline and lineouts and the other little mistakes we make will be ironed out soon enough and then we are going to have two XVs that will be capable of destroying any opposition. Whoever gets in our way first when that happens will be crying for their mommies!
Have been listening to/watching your content for a few weeks now. Enjoy your style and insight. Keep it coming! Cheers.

We lost against Ireland as well.... so no unbeaten record for the Boks this year.

Yes, that's quite right. We currently have 14 wins from our last 16 Tests.
The Springboks are a team. In their arrogance, England just pitched up for a game.
Good use of a stereotype there.
Hahaha. I think England have a lot of good players but they make too many mistakes and don't know how to close out matches.

Winger here ox deserves wpoty
Andrew Brace was glaringly obvious in his bias. Lenient on England mistakes but harshly strict on the Springboks play.
