    [Ingredients] 20cm x 25cm (5mm)
    (Dough)
    175g cake flour
    75g butter
    60g icing sugar
    1/2 egg
    vanilla extract
    (coating)
    90g chocolate
    [How to make]
    1. Mix the butter
    2. Add icing sugar and mix
    3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix
    4. Add the soft flour in two portions and mix.
    5. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour
    6. Stretch the dough to 20cm x 25cm (5mm) and cut it out with a mold.
    7. Bake in the oven at 170℃/340℉ for 20 minutes.
    8. Coat with chocolate
