You always have solutions to problems, using the straight edge to clamp the middle pieces to make it all in the same plane is a smart move. Eliminates the need for spacers for the middle pieces.
You do nice work. You should consider adding the word “Extrusion “ to your UA-cam channel name. Doing so would allow many more people to find your channel.

Great job on this build - very well done. Can I ask what part number/name of the end plate caps? I've searched "end plates", "joining plates", etc. but I can't find the plates that have the countersunk spots for the hardware bolt. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
Hi Ben, different country has different suppliers/distributors. You can easily get them through your locals. Depending on where you are located, you should get different profiles. Despite that, we are midway building our site to supply these materials worldwide. You may still obtain the 3d files from our website already.
There are many pieces, but if you need the table exact size, it is 1036mm*780mm*780mm, excluding the MDF Table Top Plate, which is 18mm thick, and without the casters.
Slide T-Nuts are those that u will need to insert beforehand, but these took too much planning before assembly. Its easier to use Ball-Spring T-Nuts or Hammerhead T-Nuts which are post-install types. My newer videos shows usage of all the posts. Hope this helps 😀
@@TheAluminumCarpenter to be honest, I don’t love it but it also doesn’t bother me. I’ve studied communication extensively and I get really distracted by people that have certain speech patterns (like upward connotation at the end of each phrase). The robot makes me feel like it’s more universal/global and perhaps if you’re not comfortable speaking, it’s a better option. But it does remove some of the personality out of it, so disconnects us from you much more than hearing your voice.
That’s genius to shorten the end capped extrusions by the end cap plate thickness to allow them to sit flush

Buddy, It is coloured MDF. Way denser than normal MDF, way more water resistant than normal MDF, but still will need sealing. I used 18mm thickness.
