Can transparent acrylic inks be used in place of candy?
Yes you can definitely use transparent base and mix with your colours to simulate candy but you won’t get the same level of intensity 👍🏻🤔

Lol..no shorts 🩳 ha ha just what UA-cam requires us to put in the title and description for these shorter vids until they sort out how to mix them into the regular ‘long form’ content 👍🏻

What's a good distance from airbrush to paper to practise. I'm new!!
Depends what you are trying to do, if you want detail then you need to be up close and pull back less on the trigger (less paint) for broad spray you should be further away and increase your paint to compensate for the distance 👍🏻 check out this beginner video which will help with the basics 👉🏻 ua-cam.com/video/O2r9YyaGx3k/v-deo.html

I would one day like to see an airbrush used to paint something tasteful.

Yes I know , this is UA-cams new ‘shorts’ feature they are still working on how to serve these videos to subscribers who are more likely to enjoy shorter content but it’s a new feature so it may take some time before it all gets sorted...that said I am just releasing a few as well as our regular longer form tutorials to accommodate viewers who enjoy both longer and shorter form content 👍🏻

Sorry you feel that way 😞 just experimenting with using this new feature ‘shorts’ which UA-cam is rolling out as a competitor to TikTok, the longer usual vids will continue and I’m sure YT will figure out a way to serve this shorter content to viewers who enjoy that format rather than mixing it in with our long form content 🤞🏻
@@AirbrushAsylum the "shorts" are a WASTE of time because they barely show ANY technique, method or anything of use!
@@bobbygee6078 I hear you ...that said I don’t think they will go away as ‘shorter form’ content is SO popular and YT have invested loads of time and $ into this new feature, I don’t think they would do that without looking into the stats and popularity of adding this option to creators. I personally enjoy watching all types of content from creators even the “shorts” as it’s more of a quick dose of entertainment , that said my viewers will ultimately decide whether or not it will continue on this channel or I may start a new ‘shorts’ channel 🤔...I will see how it all is integrated into the existing content and if YT can figure that out (which I am certain they will) then I think I will keep doing it here ...time will tell , I appreciate your views and opinion nonetheless, check our community tab if you haven’t already, as I am directly asking for your feedback there to vote for different styles of content to give me a better understanding of what my viewers really want as that for me is most important 👍🏻
