Thanks for a great video Maestro. I love classical music, I grew up with it, and I`ve seen many many great live perfomances, by the likes of Alfred Brendel, Anne Sophie Mutter, Roberto Alagna, John Williams, Andres Segovia, Placido Domingo........the list is endless. When I was younger, I was into composers like Mozart, Beethoven, Vivaldi, Bach, and Händel, but as I`ve grown older, I`ve gotten into composers like Mahler, Bartok, Debussy, Sibelius......composers, with a different style, than what I was used to, but I enjoy all the before mentioned composers all the time, and listen to some of them every day. Like you said, their music, activates and covers all human emotions, and that`s the genius of classical music. It`s kind of sad, when you realize, that the greatest music, that will ever be written, has already been made, but thank god we still have it today. I`d love to hear The Des Moines Symphony live, but I live in Denmark, so if you ever perform here....please give me a " Heads Up "........and I`ll be there. I`m into other styles, and since your from Des Moines, and I happen to Iove Metal too, how about a collaboration, between The Des Moines Symphony, and one of the greatest Metal Bands ever....." Slipknot ".....who also hails from Des Moines............that could be really cool......anyway Sir, I wish you a Very Happy New Year, and all the best....Take Care.
