Woolpower Crewneck Review

All Woolpower garments are made from merino wool which comes from merino sheep. What is special about merino sheep is that their hair is finer than standard wool - so you can wear merino products up against your skin without them being itchy or scratchy.
Woolpower manufactures their fabric in a unique way in that they are sewn with terry -loop knitting (like a bath towel) on the inside, which traps more air, and therefore helps insulate and keep you warmer.
They are also sewn top to bottom by one person, and so include seamstress' tag with the name of the person who made the garment.
Woolpower garments are made with a minimum of seams - in that with the crewneck, for example, the only seams are where the shoulder joins the main torso portion of the shirt.
Because Woolpower was originally designed for the Swedish military, it has been designed to go through hot water washes, and dryers., as part of the military requirements.
