I just love the drums in this. The rhythm goes together so well, it reminds me of those PVs where one image folds into another, like Bad Apple or something. I wonder if this doesn't help your brain like people say stuff by Mozart does!

This has been eaiting me for a bit too long "Why is it called Pathos?" "Pathos" translates from Greek into "Passion", which puts a whole lot of question marks. Is this the view of how passion can be so grim or is it an entity n just a name for the 2nd personality because lul using Greek words makes automatically things more mysterious? I really wish it's the former or something else entirely and not just a gimmick.
The answer is, neither of them. Because, "Pathos" or rather "πάθος" has a multitude of meanings with "what befalls one" being the most basic notion which fits the the grim atmosphere this MV portrayed. While passion is one of them, it's much more of a side meaning that manifested itself from the passage of time. I recommend you to check whatever new word you encounter its etymological origin before taking a random assumptions on what it might mean from a google search. Worse yet, to even make use of the previous assumptions to judge something unjustly.
Pathos is also a rhetorical move used in arguements meaning to use emotions to convince the audience to side with your arguement. Maybe here it applies to the girl trying to use her suffering and pain to convince herself to end it by ending herself. At the end of the song she says "this withering pathos" maybe to represent her fading resolve to end her life. Idk that's just my take
