It took me 20 minutes to watch this 12 minute video. I had to keep rewinding it back because Anthony was dropping so many gems. I'm proud to know this man.
absolutely true, so many knowledge bombs and insights. as he said, one person can make a difference. just consider his point of reference mabel b little. so much to learn from this story.
Anthony you are an excellent speaker. Your stage presence is calm and engaging. Keep it up, you have something to say to share with the world. I for one....is listening.
we can do it bigger this time we all need to unite and strive economically together we need to burn the Willie Lynch paper mind set and follow these concepts we will make it People
The author's presentation illuminated some critical facts that face Black America today. The gentleman indicated how the structural racism impeded black businesses from developing, like denying them loans. He also explained why the educational system discouraged young black students from obtaining a quality education by other students harassments. Finally, the gentleman illustrated how the community was systematically destroyed by the implementation of staged riots. In response to all the above, the man took responsibility by building his business and advocate to his community. Henceforth, the author's speech was extemporaneous and intellectually stimulating. We all as black people have a part in our community. Let us grow together!
I needed that, very inspiring! This is it Making your Weakness your Strength "You don't want me to eat in your donut shop, cool I will build my own" Hmmmmm
It is outrageous how little recognition this video has. I never even learned about the Tulsa massacre until recently through an article but never in any history classes...
No disrespect, but this guy missed the REAL STORY, Black Wall Street was a "neighborhood".........Boley, Oklahoma was a BLACK OWNED MUNICIPALITY. @ the time of the Black Wall Street riot there were (50) black towns in Oklahoma alone.
No he didn't we were a community. Meaning we made our own money and employed people within our own community. Neighborhoods do not have that... That's why it ends with HOOD!
Sorry, you haven't learnt a thing. First thing you do is build a well armed defence force because they will come again and again. Wake up and stop sacrificing our children future by making the same old mistake. Protect what you value.
I enjoyed this! Black Wall Street was just years ahead of it's time of bringing the empowerment of the Black community in Tulsa, OK. Very heartbreaking that the town was destroyed in a race riot, but I applaud Anthony Frasier and other people in Newark, NJ for making a difference. I liked him in "CNN's Black In America: The Promised Land Of Silicon Valley" and I applaud his work for what's he's doing.
It’s a shame that a colored community has to create a real life Wakanda to be able to enjoy and protect its people. Color of ones skin can’t be a threat, it’s time we all grow up and make sure a real change occurs.
No by all means it’s great that it had to happen. It’s a sense of empowerment. It’s building wealth and networking and uplifting. At some point we must be responsible for ourselves at some point

I read his blog post and seeing this video has inspired me to create a Black Wall Street in America.

Unfortunately the protection was inadequate to protect the inhabitants
