I think Heatblur should have ecm blisters (under glove vanes and portside landing gear), gps dome, tacan antenna naca gun vents, and uhf antennas on the F-14A and add the TF30 P&W Turbofan engines.
That’s what I’m excited. But Heatblur needs to examine the F-14A cockpits. There are slight differences between the F-14A cockpit and F-14B cockpit. Edit: Never mind the F-14A cockpit looks the same as the F-14B. I think it’s possible that some F-14As are equipped with ALR-67 Indicators.

any differences in the pit from the a to the b? sounds the same as the b, is that a wip or will the engines sound the same? hard to tell from that vid but it doesnt look as spritely as the b (which is what id expect)
B should have digital fuel gauges IIRC. What were have now is what the A is supposed to have. IIRC, the A didn't the RWR in that same spot, at least not originally. Otherwise pretty much the same except for engine. If we could have a do-over, would wish for 2003 F-14B upgrade with sparrowhawk HUD. That would have made it distinctive inside and out in the details.

A version has underpowered engines and lack of Television Camera System that let you to lock and see planes from ten miles away. A offers the an IR system to see an image of planes locked. When wings are back a couple of little wings exit from the beginning of the wing to give more stability.
The A was equipped with TF-30 engines as well as the ALR-45 RWR (which is in a separate part of the cockpit to ALR-67). The B has F110 engines and later would be modified the allow the use of the LANTIRN targeting pod.
Dear Heatblur Simulations, the F/A-18, Harrier, Mirage 2000C and F-16C all have state-of-the-art modern glass cockpits. The F-14B is what the F-14 was supposed to be. The F-14A is the worst mismatch of engines and airframe ever. It was extremely underpowered and very capricious to the point where it killed many pilots as depicted in Top Gun even.
