Totally get this remodeled totally beautiful designer looking apartment for for 600 K no way you can get so much more. I know Florence is the center of the world there but I would much rather have a Tuscany house with a beautiful view or a lake view.
it's a stunning apartment. I always think an apartment is a great way to start life in Italy. Less maintenance and more time to explore Italy. This is a lock and leave situation. Where as a house in the countryside is more expensive to maintain.more , caretaker, plumbing issues I could go on....and not mention taxes. This flat is nothing to maintain. So it all depends on how you look at it. This is move in ready and in a gorgeous neighborhood. It is perfectly appointed. We lived in a flat for 12 years on the riviera and it was SO easy. But everyone is different that's what makes the world go round. Who ever buys this flat is a lucky duck. Thanks for your comment and thank you for watching. x

Beautiful space, and the neighborhood seems perfect. I’d probably add crown molding and tone down the modern vibe, but that’s just me.
