1:03:23 Heather getting burned is pretty infamous in HK lore, but I love that the run-up to that moment is Ramsey very calmly teaching Mirabelle how to make the fricking pasta, while still sending orders and running the rest of the kitchen. Surprisingly wholesome.

compared to how the editors edit Hell's Kitchen to make it dramatic since it tends to lure audience in when there's drama, Gordon is actually very patient and this uncut version displays it very well. If that were my dad, he would've lost his marbles already but Gordon takes his time with them and gives the multiple chances to hopefully succeed.
Gordon only gets upset with people when they claim to be better than they are, or when they don’t listen and keep making the same mistakes over and over. I feel like Hells Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares are the only shows where we really see his explosive side, because he’s working with people who claim to be professionals and then you find out they don’t carry themselves professionally at all
This is so much more entertaining than the edited show. Seeing Ramsey actually talk with the whole staff, not just the kitchen, and working with them to improve the service, showing them the ropes is something else compared to the usual shouting and cursing cut together for dramatic effect. Fox should just start doing live-streams, without any commentary directly from Hells Kitchen whenever they're doing service.
Live streams like this are actually quite popular twitch. There is one baker somewhere in Bavaria who is streaming his whole workday, from 2am when he starts baking, then when goes to sleep he switches to the counter, and then when he comes back for the afternoon for prep again in the baking area. One time he stated that, after taxes, paying his employees and reinvestment aka supplies, he already earns more through twitch than with his bakery.

27:43 Seeing a ton of iconic moments without the dramatic editing is pretty great, but probably the most eye opening is the “whole or diced” comment. Already in the edit you can tell the customer was being pretty rude, but the fact that he was just standing there for maybe up to 10 minutes and even at one point tried to talk to the Blue Team when Ramsey went over to the Red Team really illustrates why Ramsey said what he said and was overall fed up with the customer. He wasn’t just rude, he was extremely disrespectful, refused to leave after both JP and Ramsey tell him to go back to his seat multiple times, and even tried to distract the Blue Team in order to get what he wanted. It’s kinda amazing how less editing makes you even more on Ramsey’s side, and I already thought the customer was rude in the original episode!

He and those two ladies are rude and disrespectful towards Ramsey and I understand why he hates when customers come up to the hot plate and ask for food when he is trying so hard to get the food out of the kitchen to feed them he can’t do his job if customers bug him about their food
It's understandable why Ramsay is so angry. If you have a complaint, you tell the waiter who will tell Jean Phillippe. You don't bring it straight to the kitchen.
@@eleanorcooke7136 In such a Restaurant its the maître d's Job to take the complaints to the kitchen. So i dont get why customers think they can just do that
I think that's why he kept Virginia in the final. Keith was such a good chef but his attitude held him back. I think Ramsay saw that his attitude wasn't leaving so he decided on Heather. Therefore he kept Virginia over Keith so that even if Heather didn't do too well on the last service, he could still call her the winner, citing all of Virginia's mistakes as his decision against her.

I find 'Served Raw is really good to see just how hard Ramsey works, and his fairness and passion. But lets be honest here, most people watch Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares etc to see Ramsey blasting chefs, and thats what you get in the tv edits.
He maybe rude and yelling at them but he is helping them be better than they were before and he is trying to help them succeed and he truly cares even though he may not show it but he does he is a really nice guy behind the show I never met him but he cares about people and his food that he wants to make it successful for every restaurant he has 58 different restaurants he is truly the best chef in the world

Fr!! Watching all these solidifies how bad Virginia is, but it also shows how badly Keith messed up on his last service it's so interesting
@@lemon_3612 I also think that Ramsay knew he wanted Heather so kept Virginia to ensure Heather would win. I don't think he liked Keith's attitude.
Man, I got excited cause I saw the thumbnail first and thought "THEY FOUND ANOTHER SEASON!" but it's just one mega compilation of all the season 2 eps into one video, which is fine but man I got my hopes up.
2:46:53 Gordon absolutely loses it
I have absolutely no idea how Virginia even made it to the final 5. let alone the final 3...
Let alone the final.
Lamb Sauce begins at 3:40:35
3:41:03 - Gordan gets heated about the lamb sauce
this is great. the dining room chanting "I want my food!" in unison is wild
I can totally understand now why Gorden always looks tired after every evening service in the hells kitchen series. He has to do sooooo much in both kitchens
I find 'Served Raw is really good to see just how hard Ramsey works, and his fairness and passion. But lets be honest here, most people watch Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares etc to see Ramsey blasting chefs, and thats what you get in the tv edits.
He maybe rude and yelling at them but he is helping them be better than they were before and he is trying to help them succeed and he truly cares even though he may not show it but he does he is a really nice guy behind the show I never met him but he cares about people and his food that he wants to make it successful for every restaurant he has 58 different restaurants he is truly the best chef in the world
Need another Served Raw series!! I nominate the series with Raj
We need more of these served raw
I WANT MY FOOD!!!
I WANT MY FOOD!!!
I WANT MY FOOD!!!
How childish! 😂
@@gamecrusher2024 They had the right to be as Mad😡 as Ramsay
@@l-wolverine2211all of the “customers” are connected with Fox. They get told they may not get served since it’s a reality TV show and the food is free anyway. Entitlement at its finest
@@l-wolverine2211not really the food is free for them during filming the guest sign up on a list to attend these dinner services
@ Regardless, they expect a decent turnout, and to be disappointed, regardless if it’s free or not, it can instantly destroy any business
RIP Rachel if you're struggling, ending it won't end the pain, it will end the opportunity for things to get better
Please please please do more seasons
Virginia making it to the finals was 100% a producers decision, Gordon probably had picked Heather as the winner so the producers were like " might as well have two hot chicks in the finals"
Keith was the only other serious option and his attitude didn't fit Gordon's preferences
I can see why Mary Anne didn’t last long as a sous chef
She didn't like that the competitors were as bad as they are and some had no real cooking experience.
Besides she only did it, because gordon promised to help her open her own restaurant
I wonder if any of the other 21 seasons have a Served Raw. 🤔
We NEED the Raj season served raw
Seasons 3 and 13 had footage that wasn’t aired.
3 has clips at the end of each uncensored episode.13’s came under DVD Extras.
There might be some channels on YT that might have just that.
Also, I think Tubi has seasons 1-20, Raw & Uncensored.
Would be awesome but I think only Season 2 has a served raw
yeah @@ericgropuis
this is painfull to watch .but i can't turn away.
Like a car crash eh?
This is way better than the edited show, I wasn't expecting that at all!
