Dude you got a gem my cousin had a 97 7.3 ran a 9 foot plow on the front and an 8 ft sander in the bed that thing was such a workhorse made it through many New England winters workin its ass off with no issues

Get a Bradford Built Bed. I have one on 04 hd2500. With 4wd and 8.1 Allison combo. Love the transformation. Love your videos no drama just good friends and support system. 👍
kindof a different directions than what you mentioned in the video but you could lower it to 2wd height, and make it a street truck/dragracer truck. the single cab is the best combo for that with its light weight for the best power to weight ratio
you finally got your 4x4 obs.. can’t wait to see what your chevys going to look like.. I say flatbed that obs put some 40inch grapplers with a bigger lift.. make it a work truck and 4x4 recovery..

Love watching the motivation man. Every video saving my life from all the bad things happening in my life for the last 2 years now and still continuing everyday sometimes. Especially the last years. A car accident in my Yukon Denali and I shattered my left leg shen bone that morning at 6:am ( January 3th 2018 )and then now to finding out my wife of 7 years now has been cheating on me for awhile. So I'm starting the process to start be a parts. I have a 10 yr old son from my first x, a 4 yr old daughter with my soon to be x , and now we separating she saying she is carrying again. So much fun in life lol . Keeping the up beat emotions bout every thing will get better soon.
I totally understand and respect you keeping your trucks and stuff nice but you do need one good work truck at least to allow some dings, scratches work load. I love your content and everything you do with your businesses!
312k is just the break in. My 97 has 394k still drive it everyday. Still stock just put guages on it and took the ash trey out and mounted a switch panel for bumper lights. Swapped all the taillight and headlight lenses to clear and everything is LED. Performance wise its completely stock
Jack it up 44/18.50 x15 TSL SUPER SWAMPERS on an ol skool set of Pro Comp 69 wheels. Nostalgia ride. Dont even paint it. Just get mechanically 110% and have some fun.

Dang that OBS would look really good if it was all the red color. When you were backing it into the shop and it showed just that one side it looked really good. I say get it all one color first. Nice!
truck would look great with a flatbed and level, color match the front end and put a different wheel and tire setup you can still beat on it but it would be clean to.
Leave the bed on it, put in a back rack, toolbox, 37’s, then figure out the paint code and make a series attempting to paint those blue panels yourself. Perfect work truck/off road set up
I’d say to at least get the truck painted one color since the truck is majority red maybe just hit it with a red nothing too custom, extravagant or expensive some cheap but decent bedliner and a toolbox. Overall it’s a very nice looking truck nice sounding truck and definitely one of my favorite styles of OBS.

Swap the 4x4 and supension to the other obs make this one a rear wheel drive and the gray one 4x4 qnd there you have your beater and your restored lifted obs all done like you wanted it
Looks like shit. Not worth it unless you're driving through the bushes on almost a daily basis. Adds a bunch of weight to the truck which lowers payload. Well maintained paint is 1000x better than bed liner.
I don't know what your plans are for the truck but you should Line-X it then you have the perfect work truck love the videos keep up the great work man

Definitely should have a black diamond plated flatbed with some 34x14 with some 16s or 20s
