Before that expiry date the police should catch the person who committed crime.When I say crime it includes everything murder or serial rapes or theft . Suppose the date got expired and after that expiry date the police catches the person who committed crime , that person will be left free. Be it any sort of big and worst crimes or be it serial crimes he has committed he will be left free. So I feel every country has a flaw in its law. Sometimes innocent will be arrested to close the case as soon as possible. This happens not only in India but I have seen it happening in western countries as well as other Asian countries. I have seen worst cases of rapes and murders of women and children happening in other countries. You can check junko furuta case you will not be able to sleep after reading what happened to her and the group committed this brutal rape and crime got released easily , hwaseong case Not only Asian countries ,western countries are more worst. Before that expiry date the police should catch the person who committed crime.When I say crime it includes everything murder or serial rapes or theft . Suppose the date got expired and after that expiry date the police catches the person who committed crime , that person will be left free. Be it any sort of big and worst crimes or be it serial crimes he has committed he will be left free. So I feel every country has a flaw in its law. Sometimes innocent will be arrested to close the case as soon as possible. This happens not only in India but I have seen it happening in western countries as well as other Asian countries. I have seen worst cases of rapes and murders of women and children happening in other countries. You can check junko furuta case you will not be able to sleep after reading what happened to her and the group committed this brutal rape and crime got released easily , hwaseong case
Not only Asian countries ,western countries are more worst. Unless and until there is a change in the mindset of the individual person these cannot be changed anywhere.
