Recipes :
Potatoes 1 kg
Water
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes.
Cooking oil 2tbsp
Fry on low heat.
Stir the potatoes to ensure even cooking on all sides
Fry the potatoes until the surface of the potatoes is evenly browned
1tbsp onion, finely chopped
Garlic 4 bulbs, minced
Chili powder 2/3tsp
Black pepper 1/6tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Chili sauce 1tbsp
Stir the potatoes to coat evenly with spices
Green onions, cut into small pieces
