Thx for this video
I was wondering how I should put it, it's the first time I saw it in a tray
U helped me a lot, thank u very much
I encourage u to make more videos
Thanks for this video!! I have a quick question, how much slack or "deflection travel" is there supposed to be on the timing chain with the tensioner installed? I ask because I am looking at a friend's 2003 Camry and with the valve cover off pushing downward on the top portion of the timing chain (between the two cam sprockets) it has about 3/4 inch deflection. Does this mean the tensioner is worn or broken? Thanks
Fantastic video just answered a question for me. I was totally baffled why my Crank and Camshaft marks didn't agree and line up. My procedure didn't mention the cam markings for I and E and I was not on the right spot! Nice and easy to understand. Tahnk you for your time :)
Hello am Gerald Siliya from Zambia and have 1az and 2az Engines which am working on.This information has been very helpful. Thankyou.

Hi sir.do you have a video on how to remove the cylinder head of the Noah/Voxy? because it's so tight in removing the belt tensioner and the steering pump to give way for the cover.

Ciao Buongiorno... Ho visto il video del cambio catena di distribuzione RAV4 2.2 177cv 130kw, e dato che ho lo stesso problema con la mia vettura, domando se potevi inviarmi lo schema esploso con la coppia di serraggio che ho visto nel video.
Grazie anticipate
Thanks video help full 🙏🙏
Good job Gerard, hopefully it will soon be ready for road:):)
It was driving yesterday so all good signs Pat. I didn't shoot much on this one as my little man was involved at every stage. It was nice to just spend the time with him, go slower and answer the questions 😁😁
He was happier than me when it started 😄😄. A few small tasks left and away we go 👌
@@GerardBurkeBurkesGarage Mighty stuff Gerard, great to see the future taking an interest, fair play 👍👍🙂👌🙏

At that mileage with no faults the answer would be no. I wouldn't be replacing it unless there is a mechanical reason, like timing issue or chain slap.
Interested
❤
Like it bro thnx😅

Thanks
What happens if after doing all this timing marks never match again. It’s happening to me and I don’t know what to do.

@@GerardBurkeBurkesGarage hie.
I did the timming and my car stated one kick, but the oil light stayed on,no oil running in the engine,so i remove the oil filter and started the car again, and no oil came past the oil filter,so i guess my oil pump is not pumping oil,ill either buy a new oil pump and run the engine again and if it still dose not pump,i guess my engine bearing are worn or something. 🤷♂️
@@mohameddada2580 my timing chain broke , my mechanic says I have oil pump issues too
@@mohameddada2580 you end up changing your oil pump? my oil light just came on in my Scion Xb. same 2az.
