Also no ceiling fan on the 2nd floor where you have the cathedral ceiling seems shortsighted. I don’t see many HVAC registers in that room. Must be tough to cook when it’s 100 degrees outside or when cold in winter all the heat will sit at the high ceiling.
In person the stairs look amazing and fit the space well. Sometimes it’s hard with video to give a real perspective of the room sizes. I just had a buyer in town this week who I met from my UA-cam videos and he mentioned how much larger and more spacious the homes are in person vs the video.
For me, laundry room, needs to be downstairs a chute upstairs and a master bedroom upstairs. This is just my dream though. Everyone has their opinion. But I like master upstairs.
Why on earth are there two full windows in the shower? Do those frost? They face the street so if you shower at night you’re giving the neighborhood a show.
I'm not a big fan of bringing wall paper back. I realize that several builders are jumping on the band wagon and using wall paper... And brass fixtures. Just think there are some trends that simply don't need a comeback
@@oliphauntsneverlie6227 Meh, maybe it's my age.... I hated the wallpaper in my room. I've watched several luxury home tour vids. I've not seen one time that I liked the paper. But that's just my opinion. If you want wallpaper..... Hey paper away! Lol
@kathyefranklin there are some beautiful wallpaper selections these days. I think it's a great idea...until it's time to take it down. That's where the real struggle lies!
The "living" area by the dining room makes no sense at all. Wasted space. The staircases are nice but you only need one side and I don't understand the shower by the office.

Not sure the double staircase works well on a home of this size (it's too small). Still a nice house!

Master bedrooms upstairs are just not a thing here in DFW. I was shocked by that when I moved here.

Wall paper used correctly is fantastic. A lot depends on the style of home.

That "life style room" has many different options when building. Some of the plans allow that to become an addition garage.
As a real estate angen you should learn terminology about homes.
