I was delighted that you discovered JAMBINAI, I discovered them last year and they have become one of my favourite bands.
You were wondering if there was a bass player and yes, they are guitar and bass, they were born as a trio with the guitarist and the two girls, after recording some songs they incorporated the bass and drums, although not with the same musicians that appear in this video, who I think are already official members of the band.
Personally they transmit me a lot of emotion and feeling with their music and the sound of the "geomungo", the big wooden instrument that the girl with the long hair plays, has me totally caught, but besides playing the strings, she can also use it by hitting the wood of the instrument with the stick she uses to play or even moving it across the frets, like when children run past with a stick next to a fence.
As Annie told you, their songs are usually between 6 to 9 minutes long, but it's worth listening to them, even if it's not reacting to them and you do it for yourself ;)

I've been a fan of Jambinai since shortly after they debuted. Their early stuff is simply hypnotic. The song and music video that got me started on them was "Time of Extinction", and it is incredible. The song is so great, that it was even was played at the 2018 Olympic closing ceremonies (though adjusted to include a large number of traditional musicians alongside the group itself).

Hey Jim! I miss seeing your NF reactions. I really hope you decide to get back to him one day. I know that "How Could You Leave Us" was pretty heavy stuff, but he has a lot of amazing, inspiring content... & none of it is as heart-wrenching as that song. Take care!
