Just think of the billions of dollars that have funded death and destruction. If Ukraine could not afford a war they should have negotiated when Putin asked for Negoiations. If people really studied the history of this situation they would find Russia was provoked and threatened. . Most of Ukrainian young men have been killed. Mercenaries are now being used. Any Leader would surrender rather than have his Country decimated and so many human lives lost includin children and private citizens.. That would have been the noble thing to do. I heard Putin ask for Negotiations. But I also heard Biden as Leader of NATO REFUSE Negotiations. I heard Zelensky refuse Negoiations.
