Very informative. Must admit that I prefer the setting in the Verandah restaurant on QV and QE. Sir Samuels just looks like a standard on shore middle of the road restaurant. Loses out on the sense of occasion.
@@MG-xx5ph you might have a point there however we’ve never tried the Verandah so couldn’t compare so just took it at face value. We thought the food service was excellent. Thanks for watching.
Hello, Which wine was that with sediment in it? Otherwise meal looked fine but we're not that impressed with menu. The equivalent venue on QM2 is reported as lacking atmosphere and we were happy to have all our meals in Britannia Club. The Sole is on the à la carte menu there.
@@SailwithGailandMike Thanks. It's not one on my shortlist. We take the package and the Cunard own label stuff is fine for refreshment (it's what we drink daily out of boxes here in France) but we then buy a bottle of decent stuff (average $80) to last two nights and get 20% off. My list has a few full bodied Italians and remainder French.

@@Curmudgeoned This was our first visit to Sir Samuel’s so unsure if they ever used table Cloths, thanks for watching
