for anyone wondering i am an indian student and i have been taught that there is an easy way to actually calculate area using the formula = The area of a triangle can be calculated using the formula \((1/2)|x(y-y)+x(y-y)+x(y-y)|\) if the three vertices of the triangle are given in the coordinate plane. For example, if the vertices of a triangle are A(x1, y1), B(x2, y2), and C(x3, y3), the area can be calculated by evaluating the absolute value of the expression \(|x1(y2-y3)+x2(y3-y1)+x3(y1-y2)|\) and dividing that value by two.
