@@hiboofitz8543 There are a few videos from US buyers showing the assembly. Most likely the differences are based on the safety requirements/standards of each country.

Do you think I could punch holes in the back panel? And what do you think I could use to do that? I would do it at the bottom maybe from 6inches to 12 inches
It's not, newer Ikea furniture tends to be partially composed of cardboard. It's lighter and will mostly function normally in typical conditions. But should you plan to do anything else with those (reinforce, modify, cut to let a pipe trough etc...) , forget about it...
So helpful! I read reviews where they said the new system is sagging and coming apart.. do you see that/ any issues with the new components or sturdiness?
@@theitaliantasker A new pax frame appears to be available for delivery in the US but it comes with a mounting rail. Did yours come with a rail? The part number in the new manuals is 10116976, 10116987, or 10117011 depending on the width of the frame. I expect the rail would add significant rigidity to the drywall if secured in place with snap toggle bolts or other heavy duty wall anchor. As typical with ikea instructions, there is no detailed instructions for what height to mount the rail at and I am having a hard time finding a video that shows how to install the rail.
@@ciel6347hi thank you for your comment, are you talking about pax? To hang in to wall there are 2 holes on top! Regarding the rigidity yes, shelves and hanging bar plus screw them each other and fixing onto wall make the pax secure and study
Ciao, good video, nice work. I've installed 13 units last month for my new house... 🥵 exausting but surely quickly compared to old assembly set. What I really don't like is the wall anchor system, because back plastic brackets bend and twist when you place screws. What do you think?
Hello, you did not cover metal rail 111116976 installation on the wall. It’s unclear from the IKEA assembly manual which side should be rail installed to the wall. Bulge to the wall or to the wardrobe back panel. Could you please give your suggestion? I’m in USA

I did buy it from Ikea and don't like to screw it to the wall. However, I ran into an issue of wobbly. Could u please suggest why it is wobbly? Once I fix all the shelving and drawers would it fix that? I called the tasker from Taskrbait and he suggested that our L-shape clap to all the corners. I don't think I would be doing that rather I would return them. Pls suggest, how to get rid of shaky. Thank you
You need to adjust the feet at the front so the top of the wardrobe is pushed against the wall. Makes all the difference. If still too wobbly you need to screw it to the wall. It's by far the best thing to make it sturdy.
i'm currently building my own but i've run into the issue of securing it in to the wall because of the distance from the cupboard to the wall (skirting board in the way). How did you fix these to your wall, any advice would be appreciated! thank you
Hi thank you for yourb comment in this case you can have 2 option. One. Remove the skirting board and place to wall. Two. Secure to wall on top a wood board and than secure the pax. Those are most commmon procedures. Those are not advice. Please contact a professional to do it.
I remember with the old system they would provide funny black plastic nail holder, which I always used as a wedge spacer between the unit and the wall when anchoring the top. The thickness of it was about the same as the baseboard. Now in the US with the new system there is a metal bracket with its own pros and cons.
@@theitaliantasker can you mount the whole wardrobe like you did, and then after that drill holes through the 2 big holes to the wall? or you need to measure and drill holes in the wall before everything else? thank you
