I own the same watch and I have no problems at all with the crown. Fingernails are helpful of course…. The original strap is ok but I don‘t like the butterfly clasp - so I switched it to a grey leather strap with white stiching. Otherwise great watch, would buy it again.
Of course you are paying for the name but yes in my opinion any watch under $1000 the Chinese brands produce better quality watches. 10 fold. In my experience of owning almost 100 watches at various prices.
This is partially true, but let’s not forget the money spent with R&D by the Swiss brands which sugess didn’t have to spend, as well as the large difference in labor costs between China and Switzerland.
Beautiful i have with roman numeral and creamy dial. Now the watch is one and half years and still running great, i wind it every day, so basically, only a view time off, but overall, i can say my watch running one and half year non stop and still doing great
The two additional "day" and "moonphase" make it a "classical" ... in term of complications. would be interested to open this ST1908 dial complications (especially the "day" part) just to understand where Sea-Gull sourced theses two elements (ST25 family ? ST2526 moonphase ? ST2503 subpart for date ?) Unfortunately no technical documentation 😐 ... so i have to guess, and buy "non working" ones to understand 🤔
Do not buy from Sugess. They are one step up from a scam. Their quality control is horrible and their customer service is terrible. I was sent a broken watch twice and had to pay myself to ship it back both times. Currently they have my watch and are claiming they don't know anything about it. I'm out the cost of the watch and shipping twice and I don't think I'm ever getting a watch back from them this time...
I have bought several watches from them and haven't found anything wrong with their products or service. My apologies for the poor experience. I will definitely make sure to voice this to the right people wherever I can. Thank you for sharing.

No rotor,.. it's a "manual wind" watch, gorgeous movement.
It's pretty silent. You can't hear the watch unless you move it up to your ear.
