Conner Peirson is just brilliant, such a great Elder Cunningham
Absolutely, I just went to see the play last weekend for the second time in 2 months and he’s perfect in that role, also Blair Gibson as Elder Price is amazing, I’m booking to see it again in few weeks time ..
This is the cast I saw in London. Seriously amazing- can’t believe it’s been running for so long and is still so fresh. Loved it. Can’t wait to go again, because there will be an again.
The current London cast are an amazing bunch. So talented and so energetic. How the hell they keep that level of passion up day in day out I have no idea.
This video deserves way more views. Saw this cast in London last week and it was the best show I have ever seen
Conner is utterly brilliant. I just can't imagine anyone playing the role better, including all the celeb castings there have been. Legend!
When his voice breaks he always reminds me of Bobcat Goldthwait, good stuff.
Saw Connor in London! Wow! He was an incredible elder Price. Unbelievable show!
These two are my absolute favourite elder price and elder Cunningham EVER (after gad & rannells). Dom is just PERFECT and conner embodies everything that makes Cunningham funny, lovable, and silly!
I love how this parodies "I Have Confidence" from the sound of music! Brilliant!
Just watched this amazing musical live at the Prince of Wales Theatre, Coventry Street. So much fun harvested in a bunch of hilarious plots.
I just adore these guys! Such a fabulous, hard working cast. I have been twice and still giggle just thinking of it! I will definitely go back again. Thank you for bringing joy and making us laugh!!
Gosh!! I missed another west end live!!😩
Saw this cast this week, great show
Amazing version
Went to see the show at The Prince of Wales Theatre on 5th February 2024 and they had technical difficulties just as the second half started😢. The show was cancelled, but WOW!!!! The first half was amazing. Sadly I can’t get to see it again x
We saw the show last night, BRILLIANT! I read some of the reviews this morning, there were a few people who really should have done a bit more research before going. Great show great cast do yourself a favour and go see it.
Out of curiosity, regarding the backing vocals for I Believe, were the other cast members singing from backstage just like in the actual show, or were they prerecorded in this scenerio?
Click track (pre recorded)
@@2mentheirdog764 That's what I was leaning towards as well. A follow up question I have though is that were the voices on the click track the other cast members, or random studio singers?
@@MrJon92as unlikely to be the current exact cast. But probably some members of the cast are on it. However the most likely thing is it'll be the same track with studio vocals they use for all of these live performances where the entire cast can't be there.
@@2mentheirdog764 Since you believe that the vocalists on the track were likely studio singers, I have one final follow up question. Do you believe that some of the studio singers on the track were white women? I ask that question because in the actual show, there aren't any white women in the backing chorus due to the fact that BOM doesn't have any roles for white women. (I wasn't the one that decided the casting.)
The cast slowly grew on me. As an OBC person, it’s always jarring to hear what isn’t familiar and has been on repeat in my life. But I dig this!!
Is it just me or is the volume really low?
Yepp
My volume on the TV is higher than its ever been before! Still, I'm loving being able to watch the footage
west end live audio is always terrible, it’s such a joke now, i think they do it on purpose 😂
@Liverpool forever I was there on Saturday, I thought it was a fine volume, but then again I was right at the front so maybe it was louder there only…
Every west end video has super low volume
Audio is kinda low?
👍👍👍
Came here to check if they updated the current President of the Church since 2018 😂
Good thing the syllables still fit 🤣
How come they didn't do Hisa Diga Ebiowi live in public? 😂
Given how I'm hearing that the backing vocals were on a click track for this performance, I have a couple follow up questions. Were the vocals on the click track done by studio singers as opposed to the cast? If so, do you believe that some of the studio singers involved were white women despite the fact that BOM doesn't have any roles for white women?
My guess is that they used the backing from the original cast recording, so it'd be the original 2011 cast. Idk tho because it sounds a bit different.
@@wobloms I'm a little confused here, why do you believe that it's the original 2011 cast when you said that the vocals here sounded a bit different compared to the 2011 cast?
@@MrJon92as it's expensive to book vocal studios and it also takes a lot of time. I doubt they would have done it specifically for west end live when they could just use some raw parts of the album. However it does sound a bit different so I wonder if they mixed the harmonies differently. Sorry if my response was unclear I wrote it after like two hours of sleep haha
Why are you so fixated on if white women are part of the chorus or not? I've seen you all over these videos and Reddit asking about that specific point. Kind of weird, ngl.
@@OperaGhost97 Yes, it's a bit weird admittingly, but usually when this song is sung, there are no white women in the chorus due to the fact that none of the BOM actors are white women. Given how the backing vocals were recorded in this instance, I just can't help but to be curious if white women were part of the choir in this case.
Just what the hell is in that kool-aid!?
he forgot to lick his lips every 4 words
There is a girl who requested to be baptised but she said and sued that she will dedicate her life to the church ??? Instead of desiccating her life to christ
You people are you preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God Almighty for people to change and believe the Lord Jesus Christ as lord and saviour or the Book of Mormon which has got nothing to do with salvation.
this musical is a mockery of mormonism lmao
Go home sir
Can you seriously not tell this is parody?
If you can't tell from the outset that it's a piss take of religion, perhaps it's not for you.... 😂
We have only and only one holy book from the Lord Jesus Christ preaching and prophets and nothing the “Bible”. You are out of order, stop deceiving people with your vanity.
It’s a musical, they’re actors not real Mormons 😭
😂 good one.
Go home😂
W...t...f...?
Mental midgets always fall for fairytales 😂😂😂😂😂
This looks like fucking torture 🙄🤮🤦
Why are you watching it then 😂
u good?
