My neighbour had the Billy Big Bollocks Kamado.. When he moved house, the removal people dropped it, or it tipped over.. Somehow.. I've never seen a grown man cry so hard. It was an absolute beaut.. New born babies are beautiful, sunsets are wonderful.. His barbeque was flipping magnificent!
We had the largest Big Green Egg and while it was great there is quite a learning curve if you're a novice to grilling, etc. The Aldi one might be a good replacement as we're in the market for something else. Thanks to you and your dad for this review of it.
Woohooo! Papa Booth is a RockStar And, Yes to it all for more Egg content! Breads, pizzas, salmon, cinnamon rolls....er, wait....just yes to more Green Egg cooking. BBQ is part of our culture here in South Carolina USA! LOVE IT YUUUMMMMY! Love you all!
There's a tip to make pizzas in the oven that's been online lately though I haven't tried it. From memory, you flip a baking sheet top side down on the oven shelf then put the pizza on top :)
Loved this! My uncle has had a green egg for about a decade now and he looooves it. I would recommend if you're looking to get into bbq pizza, get a pizza steel over a stone. Stones can sporadically crack, but a steel is cast iron so you won't run into that problem. Just have to make sure you season and clean it properly. My partner and I love to make pizza with it. Start it on the BBQ and finish it under the grill in the oven 😚👌
🌟 Yes, please, more testing of the egg and with a pizza stone. Also yes for the toaster!😂 I love your videos, Grace! Oh, and I was just discussing how you and I both love pajamas with my SO.😆
Very interesting! If you know someone who has the actual egg - it would be really interesting to see if there are differences between the dupe and the real thing.
Has Grace talked about the new juices in asda they are the same as the innocent bolt from the blue, wonder green and berry set go they are under half the price £1.50 a bottle instead of £3.50
Cook some pork ribs Only put charcoal on 50% of the bottom. Keep the charcoal on one side. Use a water pan to keep moist. You gotta use your bottom vents to increase heat keep it open 1-2 inches keep the charcoal in a snake back. Put pizza in front area open vents
We have two Big Green Eggs, a large and a medium. Love them! As far as cooking steaks on the Egg, bring the temperature up to about 600-650 degrees Fahrenheit, put your steaks on for two minutes on each side (lid closed for each side), flip it again, close lid, shut the egg down, let steaks in shut down egg for five minutes, remove, let rest under foil for five minutes and you will, I guarantee, experience a mouth orgasm! They come out absolutely perfect!
You should invest in some wireless thermometers for the bbq. Then you will know when your meat is the right temp and it won’t be well done. We have a Weber bbq and it’s so much better than the gas bbq and more affordable than the egg or komado
That reminds me of Chicken Pibil, a Mexican dish from the Yucatan. Soooooo good. It is wrapped in banana leaves, covered in coals, buried. cooked for hours. So tender and delicious.
You’ve already got a Chesneys stove, so why not a Chesneys Heat and Grill? FYI I used to work at Chesneys in digital marketing, pre pandemic. I identified you as a influencer… but they said no.. oh how wrong I was.
Here in South Africa, we enjoy having a braai- which is cooking meat over an open flame. So picture your Aldi without the lid and you've pretty much got it. Usually you start the fire about 1-2 hours before you're going to start cooking on it. It depends on what you're cooking, but generally there shouldn't be flames. Just nice red hot embers. Gives the meat that lovely smokey taste without burning it. You also turn the meat quite often. If you Google "how to braai" you'd probably get some useful tips for your Aldi!
Heads up about the toaster- Techmoan reviewed it a while ago and he wasn't very impressed I'm afraid: ua-cam.com/video/4-nNEUBCvds/v-deo.html I do love how you and your Dad bond over food. :)
I would love some more testing videos, but not with meat since I don’t eat it and don’t like watching it, sorry🙋🏼♀️🌱 but Pizza, bread etc. sounds interesting🫰🏼

Saying Aldi Green Egg sounds a bit like Android iPhone… 😅😅
MVP to Papa Booth for putting it together, setting it up and cooking!! You're a legend!

We were just having a conversation about needing an actual BBQ this summer ☀️ this has been so helpful!!!
There's a tip to make pizzas in the oven that's been online lately though I haven't tried it. From memory, you flip a baking sheet top side down on the oven shelf then put the pizza on top :)

This is a gem. Your videos kept and keep me daydreaming 😊
Grace- I got my dad a Balmuda for Father’s Day 2021 and we all love it! Works as well as everyone says! Def give it a go
😍 Loved this video, as usu, and what topped it off was the bit at the end telling me, in no uncertain terms, to have a good week! xxx
would love to see 'cooking with the aldi green egg dupe for a week' !!
Very interesting! If you know someone who has the actual egg - it would be really interesting to see if there are differences between the dupe and the real thing.
You remind me of the joy in the everyday. Sending good vibes to you and your fam.
Hooray, I got a gold star! I have not seen this in any of my Aldi stores in the US, but will definitely be on the look out after seeing your success.
the ending 🥺 love you lots!!!
I'm vegan and I'm here for this...
Me too 😅
BBQ corn on the cob with spicy salt 👌🏻 do try!

We love an afternoon grack!
Has Grace talked about the new juices in asda they are the same as the innocent bolt from the blue, wonder green and berry set go they are under half the price £1.50 a bottle instead of £3.50
Ok. I'm having a great week. 😊 Lol Baking cooking on the egg is also yum.
Yehh more recipie testing would be great! Especially now that summer is around the corner (its not really but let me dream)
Any chance of the recipes for the pizza base dough pretty please? They looked amazing
I second this, mine would never handle being moved around like that
I feel simultaneously threatened and encouraged by the end of the video 😂⭐
Love the deermeatfordinner reference. He’s legendary here in the states… cheers !
The barbeque is better than an oven for pizza because it get way hotter on the grill.
Her dad is out there dawn to dusk. "This is my life now. I live in the yard and grill."
Scanning all future vids for fiancé glimpses. He may have to wear a mask.😂

every time i see the wedding ring on grack’s hand i get so emosh
You should do a compare a frying pan pizza verses the spam green egg. Frypan pizza.. best home pizza ever!
Thank you for sharing this video. 😊
You should try a little Ooni pizza oven, it’s so fun and the pizzas taste amazing!!
Wait wait wait. Go back! Does Papa Booth know Deer Meat for Dinner?! We love watching them too!
The little message at the end 🥰
That ending 😂 Love a mid sentence cut!
❤❤❤❤ and the clock go forward this Sunday in morning at 1 🏴
My dad has a Kamado Joe and he is obsessed:p
We have two Big Green Eggs, a large and a medium. Love them! Thank you much love xx
Ha ha, the end was great and the Pizzas looked class.
Try using natural fire starters. No chemicals, cleaner smoke and better for the environment ☺️
Jesus Christ never thought of pizza on a bbq 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮 drool.
You should invest in some wireless thermometers for the bbq. Then you will know when your meat is the right temp and it won’t be well done. We have a Weber bbq and it’s so much better than the gas bbq and more affordable than the egg or komado
Love this! Please try more baked goods🥖
ok but wait try making a CAKE in it!
Maybe not a cake but I feel old fashioned baked cheesecake? Not the American
British love an overcooked slightly burnt pork banger! Can't have a BBQ without it!
omg my dad has the big kamado joe and the mini one
A whole peri Nando’s style chicken would be amazing I reckon
We have a Kamado Joe that we are going to test out as a pizza oven this summer. So excited!!
I'm always banging on about that toaster!!! The price is so steep tho 😢
⭐Watched to the end and it all l👀ked delish😋 I hope we see the other Aldi Find kitchen gadget. I'm here in the US and I haven't see the Egg Grill yet.
I got a gold star ⭐️ whoop!! 😂
What recipe do you use for the pizza dough?
yay a gold star
hey how long the delivery take for it
Pick up in store.
🌟 got my gold star! 🌟
Only you would get me interested in watching a video about a BBQ 😭😂
Anyone else hear Grace say the pizza was “CRIPsy” when she looked at it on the grill 😂 so me.
This was like watching a fish review a bicycle
Gold Star! ❤❤
Dads just do!!! 😂
Get a Cast Iron Dutch Oven & try Baked Mac & Cheese or Baked Beans, omg 🧀🫕
where is your blue collar/shirt/jumper from?
Thank you for the gold star ⭐️
Seems like it kind of imitates cooking underground in a ceramic pot
That reminds me of Chicken Pibil, a Mexican dish from the Yucatan. Soooooo good. It is wrapped in banana leaves, covered in coals, buried. cooked for hours. So tender and delicious.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
try a pizza steel
Now you need a traeger/wood pellet to compare.
We have a Green Egg. You want to let the fire go out before you put food on the grill

3 hours to get to temperature???
I think charcoal bbqs always taste better than gas! Gives it a smoky flavour! ☺️🤌🏻
yaaaaaas⭐⭐⭐⭐
ALDI and LIDL are kinds of bargains wow
Oh yes, get a pizza stone!
⭐️
plane! helllooo 😅😅
The fire musst be not on anymore. You grill on the kohles .
⭐⭐
Why didn’t you just pour lighter fluid over the coals to get the fire going instantly ?
🌟
🌟 for me
Heads up about the toaster- Techmoan reviewed it a while ago and he wasn't very impressed I'm afraid: ua-cam.com/video/4-nNEUBCvds/v-deo.html
I do love how you and your Dad bond over food. :)
Dupes are out of control
Whats out of control is the amount of people saying JUPE and not DUPE cracks me up everytime 😂
not that im trying to invade your privacy but mr gracks accent sounds fun :) lots of love to you grace !!
please try the sourdough etc
I think you need to do a third channel devoted to all your wedding stuff.
You really don’t need to get a pizza oven.
🌟😁💃
Looking forward to the video Grace! Will you be continuing to do this after marriage?
I would love some more testing videos, but not with meat since I don’t eat it and don’t like watching it, sorry🙋🏼♀️🌱 but Pizza, bread etc. sounds interesting🫰🏼
