Do you believe it's possible for a child to be born evil?
I don't believe so, I believe that a baby is like a blank slate. They can have an alignment toward being evil, meaning if the individual decided to be evil, they can easily become one.

So I have Amor/Caren can't wait for Kirei to have a panic attack when seeing her and the Emiya's I have. Also I think Caren would have turned out better if she were raised by kid Gil and Cu honestly.
In real life no,in fiction,anything can happen.
I definitely *don't* believe any baby can be *born* evil, but I *do* believe that they can be *raised* to be evil, *especially* if they're raised under the doctrines of an evil religion like Christianity.
Branding pleasure, something we need to make life *bearable* , a "sin"? *Evil* .
Taking delight in the suffering of non-Christians and desiring to kill them *yourself* if they don't convert? *Evil* .
Branding a god of erotic desire, a god of an aspect of *nature* , a demon, along with all the gods of all the *other* aspects of both the worlds and human nature, and by extension, literally demonizing *nature itself* ? *Evil* .
*Brainwashing* people? *Evil* .
Caren might not've been *born* evil, but being raised under the doctrines of an evil religion, she certainly *became* evil!
I loved her introduction in the FGO event:

At that point, I realised that she's not a Karen. She's a Chad.
It's way cooler when you put it that way.

In a nutshell: Cupid decides to modernize and brings out a rocket launcher instead of a bow and arrow.
This reminds me of Lore Olympus where Aphrodite and Hephaestus ended up getting together because he made her a Love Cannon to help her do her job after Zeus locked down travel to the mortal realm.
It could also be that it was originally a bazooka in Cupid's Mecha space form and became a bow and arrow when he became a divine spirit.

@Michael Daniels but all greek gods were previously mechas. Now this is spoiler territory, but the only reason "our" gods aren't mechas anymore, is because (I think) their mecha bodies didn't survive the fight against Sephar and therefore only their current avatars (or smth) survived and came to be the gods. In Olympus, that didn't happen because they actually managed to win and retain their original bodies.
I'm not 100% sure anymore and if there are any errors, do say please.
Edit: I'm also quite unsure how Fate handles the thing between Roman and Greek gods. So...that's something.
She is an interesting character despite inheriting her father's disposition when it comes to the fact that he likes watching people suffer she doesn't let it consume her like he did so I guess she's mentally stronger than him and she genuinely helps other people just as she did with bazette Plus she's very entertaining to watch I especially remember her parts from carnival phantasm not to mention one of her skill animations is her literally counting money while she may be Kirei daughter I feel she and him to the soul are very different people

Whenever I saw her, I always thought "Who the hell is she and why does she appear in a few fate works?" Just to find out Kirei had a kid. Huh... Caren is kind of unusual, but apart from her weird quirks she doesn't seem evil, not a good person either though, more like some sort of lawful neutral kind of character.

To add: Baby Caren first appeared in the Capsule Servant minigame that came with the release of Fate/hollow ataraxia on teh PS Vita. Her first interaction with Kirei (and proof that they don't recognize each other) comes in the Toraburu Hanafuda Travel Journal minigame that came with the original Hollow Ataraxia.
