I’m going to try to cop a few moves from Stan’s serve. It’s quite simple with no wasted movements, and both arms go up together and down together old-school like.
This is the most safest serve for your body, you can do this serve even at the age of 70, not much strain on the knees, or any parts of the body. He is very well balanced on legs, just using the momentum and going under the ball, little hip rotation and hitting the ball smoothly. If you take any other player, their serve style can cause injury to the body.
If you wnat to learn the bio mechanics of serve then it is Murray's serve. But, Stan's is the simple and easy technique to learn serve, serve consistently and powerfully as well.
LOW JUMP MUCH POWER VERY NICE RESULTS.. I THINK KEY IS AS YOUR BODY ALLOWS YOU TO SERVE .IN A EASY WAY .. DONT COPY PROS.. JUST FEEL THAT IS BETTER FOR YOUR STRUCTURE.
His serve is elegant.
Totally agree. Who has the best serve on the ATP Tour?
@@TennisProTV nick kyrgios

this looks like most of the power is coming from his upper body so it might be hard on his shoulder
Look at that racquet drop!!! That is how you generate serves north of 120mph+.
