I have a version of the FesTool dust extractor. I did also buy the Bluetooth remote power switch, but later learned that so long as I plugged in the tool to the dust extractor when I powered up the tool the dust extractor automagically turned on. So I never use the Bluetooth remote switch

The remote is such a useful item for any other non Festool products.
