This makes me think For Honor should have voice packs for the heroes that you can equip. I miss some of the old enemy voices, like enemy Warlord's rough voice. Or enemy Beserker's goofier sounding voice. Or Lawbringer's old man voice. Or Kensei's teabag emote spam scream.

It's good, but the tone could really do with some hate and aggression
I think she needs more screaming or anger, it sounds like she is whispering, but holy shit the quality is very good, the voice fits insanely well
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I personally loved that hushed tone of voice. It really seperates Warmonger from the other, louder characters and makes her appear calm and collected. She sounds so much more sinister (as she should be). Absolutely beautiful job by the voice actress.
You see that's why I liked Kyoshins voice so much, he's so mellow.

This does bring a smile to my face.
As an actual "mysterious unknown female warrior" (as in she came from a former secret order) this gives a decent amount of chills.
As for the whispering she is but a humble servant to Apollyons cause and shouldn't have her angry and arrogant voice.
Very good on the pronunciation too as not a lot of people pay attention to use the "C" in latin as a "K" and the separation of syllables was pretty neat.

Some of these lines seem just wrong to me. I'll give some thoughts.

servio is intransitive. in Cicero, "servire aliqui" , with genitive, as in "being someone's slave". As such, "infirma fortium serviunt" should be correct

in Caesar, "merere odium", so it shoudl be ok even though i'd prefer it translated differently

I can't remember even seeing tamqaum used as "while". From Caesar: "dum haec geruntur, caesar advenit" hence:
"Dum fortia crescunt, pereunt infirma"

i think hic and finis should be on the same case here. "Hic finis est."

pro doesn't mean "for", but "to someone's advantage". "plus oves lupis" is fine, using the dative case in the meaning of "for someone"

I’m really impressed by her work I couldn’t even begin to try speaking Latin, but personally it doesn’t really feel threatening or intimidating just lacks that demanding presence that a warmonger has other than that fantastic work to the both of you, and moron.
Sounds a bit too calm, Warmonger's voice has a much more present, dominating tone, but this is a nice listen too!

the only critic I would give was during 'combat lines' it sounds a bit too quiet like on "peri" it seems like she talking. Not yelling but other than that.

The voice fit well but I believe it could have be a little better with more emotions and less of a coldtone . Not saying that the work she did is bad obviously, but I believe the way Warmonger say her English line with some hate/anger in her voice goes better than a cold tone. Looking forward to hear her in future videos!
Yeah she sounds a little monotone. Warmom puts a lot of passion in her voice lines. Still a very good job

Yep, no aggression, no power in her voice, just bland recital. The voice acting director either fucked up because Lumi wasn't told how to read her lines, or it's his own interpretation of Warmonger and it's how he wanted Warmommy to sound like.

I feel like it would be perfect if she was a bit more aggressive with the voice lines, but she still sounds so malevolent and terrifying. I love it.
Excellent voice work! I got goosebumps from some of them - this is one perk of her lines being in English; an opportunity to hear this cool stuff! good work, everyone involved! :D
This sounds so much better than warmonger in game, I wish she spoke all of the languages in game for different moves. Like for her dodge attack she spoke Icelandic, for her claw she spoke Latin and for her parry punish she spoke Japanese
I would love if you could arrange a interview with Black Prior voice actor and make him say „True DAHHHKNESSS” at the end :) btw your content is amazing, keep it up!

WOW, the voice acting is amazing, kudos to Lumi and thanks to TheMajorN, your videos never dissapoint, out of curiosity you left out her self-revive voicelines, I just remember "ideals never die" and I think she has another like "we are eternal"? maybe, I wonder how they'd sound.
Anyways, the voicelines sound badass as hell and the witcher ost as background is something else, I wish we had both languages now :(
Edit: lol all the comments talk anout how she says them calmly and they dont fit WM, I understand you guys, and everyone was respectful about it, but remember this was made because they wnated to translate them, don't take them as if they were actually recorded to fit either Apollyon's character or WM's combat voicelines.
Regardless Lumi´s voicerange and pronunciation are great, this was made for entertainment/informative purposes guys, sadly Ubi won't ever use this.

She's great! A little aggression would've made it even better/ more quotable!
Voice is good but could be quietened to give off the impression its in game while some lines could use more oomph to them, like there is an action being made or theres more emotion in them, like the “this is it line” and the “Die!” Lines

People seem to forget that the warmonger are multicultural, and therefor speaks all the languages. It’s why she speaks English, just like Apollyon in the campaign where she talks to knights Vikings and samueai
english just doesn't really fit in the multiplayer since everyone speaks their native language. Almost like the language barrier helps them continue fighting.

The fact that she speaks English instead of latin was the last straw and why I am not intentioned to get the character
My only criticism is that the few first lines with the exclamation marks should have been shouted/raised her voice for. But the Corruption voice lines were pretty badass.
Dude For Honor Devs needs to hire her to voice Warmonger and give us the option to turn on latin voice lines.

I actually heard that the reason they made her voice lines english was because she knew several languages to be able to recruit heros from different factions to join her allegiance. So she was able to speak any tounge if needed

For Honor Consider Fantasy setting and in the lore they warmonger talk in English that is Weird to other factions in thiere point of view too.warmonger is fantasy warior for hokos
@@connorscott7659 Only those of the faction you are playing as. Knights speak English while you are playing as the Warden, while Vikings speak Icelandic. Vikings speak English while you play the Raider, while Knights and Samurai speak Latin and Japanese respectively. Samurai speak English while you play the Orochi, while Knights and Vikings speak Latin and Icelandic respectively. That was done in order for the player to understand what your allies are saying, since I believe most people don't speak Latin, Icelandic or Japanese

gotta say like a thousand people before me: warmonger has more of a vicious, perfide or angry tone. when she goes "enough" in game, it really sounds like she's fed up or berating you.
here, that dub make her sound more like a stone cold killer. which is freaking cool too, like she just knows how it's going and is not even speaking to her enemy, but merely rambling to herself. but yeah, that's not really her.

As with most others in this comment section, I think the voice actor did a good job, but Warmonger has a lot of rage in her. The voice actress used a very cold tone that fit with some lines, others felt a little awkward since they were devoid of much emotion or anger. Either way, good job!
